The way files are uploaded to the web has changed recently. All the data owners share a common folder on the w:\ -drive where files are stored temporarily before they are put onto the webserver.
This process will become fully automated in the near future, which will considerably shorten the process of uploading files and keeping websites updated.
All PMST and PAT minutes will be published on the web using the Minutes Naming Convention. Minutes will have to be placed in the directories specified in the table below. When copied into this folder before 3 pm and using the correct name, the file will be published within 24 hours.

Minutes Naming Convention
CCDDMMYY.ext

CC = Code (see table below)
DD = Day of meeting
MM = Month of meeting
YY = Year of meeting
.ext = File extension

Single digits must be in the format 0#.

Any minutes to be published must be placed in the directories specified below.

E.g. A meeting on 5 July 1999 for Occupancy Sensing would have the filename oc050799.xls and will be placed in the W:\engx1x3\website\minutes\pmst directory.
